Sounds great! Congrats on your weight drop. You will only get a few carbs from the cool whip, but I understand the "sugar free" tastes great!

I forgot to add that there is nothing wrong with what you are doing. The secret here is to find treats that are sugar and wheat free that you enjoy and use them to take the strain off the rest of the diet.

Some might nit-pick the other ingredients in the Cool Whip. The hell with them. Enjoy!!

I will probably buy some to put on my Christmas pumpkin pie.
