Must have been the same one I go to. I also got a bill for services 2 years ago (an eye test). For some insane reason I keep all doctor bills and just throw them in a file (probably to help me remember what's wrong with me) :) My credit union has a feature where I can go back and find any check I've written, see it on the screen and print it out, so it was easy to prove I'd paid the bill. I wonder how many people just go ahead and pay the bill without looking at it.
