That's great, FH. If you avoid wheat and sugar, you will be surprised how easy it is to lose weight. You just have to give it time. At my size and weight, a pound a week is a good goal. Others may find 1/2 pound a week fits the diet better.

I think the secret is to find a menu you can live with that does not include wheat, corn or sugar, and settle down with it until you have hit your goal. THEN STAY ON THE SAME MENU! Just enjoy a little more.
