> To sacrifice GTE to fulfill his petty ambitions is despicable. I totally agree with that. Lee has not learned how to make his shareholders happy. Who cares about the company? He will get chance to run a multi-billion company, his so-called good investment bankers will get multi-million as the bonus, only the share price will get depressed. I'm sorry to say that. But ... Analysts have been commenting about the merger as one way to avoid of being taken over. I am not a fan of those analysts. The fact is that the REAL scenario does look like that.
