Hey Jim, I still remember five and a half years ago when I bought my Beamer. You suggested that I buy a Cadillac or Chrysler instead. Something like, "You're American, aren't you? Why don't you buy an American car?"

107K miles later, I still haven't looked back. Not sure I could have said the same thing had I followed your advice. ;-)

Now we can bash Ted for wanting to bailout the Big Three and drive a Beamer at the same time ... ;-)

Gas guzzler and Luxury tax, Yacht and Airplane tax. Killed those industries.

Damn! All those industries are doing an amazing job of looking like they are thriving. Who knew they are deader than dead.
