I am not sure what an allergist is, but III am allergic. And I'm off to min-sub this very minute for some pleasant reading.

My son is more allergic to dogs - at least some of them. He can deal pretty well with his Boston terrier, probably because it is short-haired and really small.

The earrings are a saga like my luggage that took a week and a half to get to me. UPS lost the package, but now list it as having moved along. We are hoping for a delivery today. One bonus - Zin and I got to talk on the phone. I guess I suffer from some kind of curse. If I give things to other people to handle for me, they screw up! I hope the curse lets up soon. Every phone call I got yesterday was some kind of lousy news or something that involved lots of work on my part. I do not like days like that!!!

The work is not online yet because my son is very busy being the campaign manager for a Libertarian candidate in Abington Township. This guy actually has a shot at winning. A campaign can use up every bit of time and then some. My son is very excited about this, and loving every minute of being so busy.

I have taken a brief course in web page making so that I can do part of the web site, but my son's equipment is so much better than mine, as is the software, etc. So the project is moving along...

you don't need to boil cats....

...the skin comes off just fine in the microwave....

And antihistamines are very much the wrong drug to take before 'playing' with cats or dogs. The newer drugs that block the release of the histamines are much better. Cromolyn Sodium is now over-the-counter as Nasalcrom. It works better than any antihistamine, and won't make you snore in your salad.

The earrings arrived just in time...only four days later than UPS guaranteed. If I hadn't made the delivery droid search the truck again, he would've lost them for another day. The LTH loves the earrings, and we had a fabulous dinner at Emile's here in San Jose. The souffle was pure, unfettered hedonism.

The hell with the stock market....We had a wonderful weekend, the headhunters are still calling me at work, and I only lost a few thousand today.
