I thought you had dropped wheat and sugar" you are correct..
when i started the diet... therefore no change since starting(oops dropped boiled egg and added irish oat bran). the only wheat i had was a couple pieces of pizza a month ago. and some wheat flour to hold my bran muffins together with baking. I use 90% bran and a touch of wheat flour. My breakfast is Irish oat meal, half bran muffin, couple cups of fresh fruit, strawberries, blueberries, and cup of grapefruit halfs. couple of thin slices of va. baked ham and coffee 2 cups with half/half.
dinner is qtr of chicken breast , huge mixed greens , tomatoes, olive oil and wine vinegar. plus brownie and milk. g

no lunch, never hungry, both meals are large enough to keep me full throughout the day.
