Dumped some S3 stock yesterday to take a tax loss - I expect I'll probably be able to buy it back 30 days from now at similar prices (if I even want it then). Going to use the proceeds to buy MVIS warrants.

I doubt MVIS actually gets into the manufaturing business for these helmets. It would be very expensive to start a manufacturing plant. I think the most likely scenario will be MVIS licenses the helmet technology and lets boeing (others) do their own manufacturing or sub-contracting. MVIS would probably receive not only licensing fees but a cut on each helmet made. This would allow MVIS to continue concentrating on R&D further develop other applications for the VRD technology. OR MVIS would themselves subcontract to a supplier for the manufacturing of the helmets. I think the first is more likely since it would reuire less capital from MVIS.
