Ive been a big buyer of the retail GM bonds at 12-13 cents on the dollar but this is something separate from the merger discussion of this board.

MVCO shareholder vote on merger on 12/26.

MVCO acquisition approved by shareholders today. Stock at 7.74 with deal at 11.25. Of course, Insight had come out a few weeks ago claiming market deterioration as cause to exit merger so we will have to see how this plays out. MVCO aiming to close deal by 12/31 and says no financing obstacles exist.
