Agreed. Continue to be amazed by SRS. New 52 week low while many of the largest REIT component still near half their year highs. It must be the cost of the 2x leverage? Maybe now that the Vix is down to the low 50s they will better track? I dunno. Cannot short in IRA, but am looking for other ideas to play the commercial real estate pain coming soon to a strip mall or office near you.
