Many years ago, when my wife was still alive, we considered buying a condo in, or near, Tucson. Plan was to buy it when they were fairly low priced, rent it until we retired. We went there one February to look. We couldn't believe it! It snowed on us while we were there. Didn't last, of course, and never got the kind of cold we were used to, but we laughed at ourselves, hung around for a few days and came back home and forgot about it. I might want to revisit that idea soon.
