Not sure how dso relates to that linked article about how presumably credit-worthy people are having difficulty getting bank/credit loans. It's a helpful article to me though because I'm intending to build up my [t]WRLD[/t] position again if stock will drop and I can get my price. I'm figuring as Am Express, others cut back, that leaves more opportunity to specialist like World Acceptance.
