Negative interest rates when one important thing the country needs is positive savings. Makes sense to me.

BTW, the UltimateBet rewards program has gotten a lot worse since the Cereus changeover. You earn the same amount of points, but you can no longer enter most tournaments with your points. Which is all I want. I don't really need another t-shirt with a logo on it. <G>
