You remind me of the news reporters when Reagan carried the nation-------always saying that Reagan was too conservative for America. Reagan proved them wrong----he was elected twice on centrist-conservative principles and platforms.

You are wrong about Virginia. The political center has not moved to the left in Virginia.

Senator Mark Warner, a popular Virginia Governor, carried Obama on his coattails in Virginia.

Without Mark Warner and the current Governor who just happens to be married to former Governor Linwood Holton's daughter---old family Virginia ties----Obama would not have carried Virginia.

Obama owes his win to Senator Mark Warner and blue dog democrats and the Republicans who supported Senator Mark Warner over the not as popular former Governor Gilmore early in Warner's campaign.

The issues in Virginia remain the same family, taxation, illegal immigration, crime by the various gangs, terrorism, defense and offense of our nation. Education is excellent in Virginia, no need for an Education "communist type Czar"---Czar being the latest leftist word used in the future Obama administration.

Obama brought one thing to the campaign------money----of course he never had any intention of taking the limited amount of government financing. McCain was blindsighted on that------resulting in Obama having the money to do the brainwashing commercials that were repeated ad nauseum on the television.

I'll give you New Mexico-----North Carolina is redeemable. Colorado I have no comment on.

Moved is the key word. People support smaller government and spending and after the next 4 years of spending and the many articles and speeches as to how much this will cost our children...voters will reject big careless government and spending.
