They didn't. Have you ever heard of two wrongs don't make a right? We are a control of laws. When we subvert those laws and allow our leaders to ignore them with impunity, then those same leaders will think nothing of ignoring the law when it comes to its own citizens. Torture is never acceptable in a civilized society. We have plenty of weapons at our disposal to tackle and defeat Al Qaeda. We don't need to destroy our civil rights, Constitution, and become the most hated country on earth to defeat Al Qaeda. Thank God we voted out small minded people like Bush and Cheney.

What country is Al Qaida? Should the Geneva Conventions not apply to NRA members? Or should they not apply to GOP members? I think so. I think your criminal leaders invented that SPIN out of convenience.
