Those pounds are coming to you right through the air....more if you need them!! I've always had opposite the problem you have....the ONLY thing I've found that works for me is eat what I want (hold the cream puffs or napolions to one a month--those are my very favorite so don't have them hanging them around the house, and try not to buy ice cream too often...I will find it if it's here) and otherwise, just reduce portions to half of what I was doing while I was gaining.

That and try to count carbos.....My Doc said the other day to just limit them to 160-180 a day if at all possible, other than a once a month splurge. Thats hard for me but it's much easier than trying a "diet"....

I've got a couple of friends who are like you are...can eat ANYTHING they want, and big portions if they feel like it, and not gain weight...both are very thin!

I can not even imaging drinking a can of cream a day....but then if it were frozen, or in a cream puff state.....LOLOL!
