Jan/Mar 09 will show that we passed the test as thing return to normal and people will see the real meaning of decoupling. The test has been going on since Aug. 07. So far Brazil travelling First Class through the financial mayhem. Inflation -which was the problem- slows down. Opens way for rate cut, economy cruises through.
