I have been hearing predictions that oil may hit $10 again in the near future. It's possible, for a very short time.

It's a personal opinion but I believe all the various markets may be going nuts because there is too much money in the system. Too many people have money and until the dumber ones lose theirs the markets will continue to be volatile.
