Since there are legal issues regarding the 14mil in assets, there
should have been some kind of disclosure in the 8-k.

Accounting 201

maybe they did not cover that in Accounting 101

To the Calvary,

While I am not an accountant, I have had a lot of experience in financial statements and GAAP. I think my position is defendable, but am willing to listen to another point of view.....especially, if it is not based on the emotion of this thread.
