This is a perfect opportunity for some enterprising individual or individuals to start a chain of auto repair shops. We have two older vehicles and decided to keep them and repair rather than buy new. It will cost much less to do that than to go into debt for a new car.

Anyone want to bet that the union members still get paid while plants are idle? Paying people not to work makes conserving cash much more difficult.
