Looks like SEC + CFTC

Former President Bill Clinton named her to lead the CFTC, the Washington-based agency that regulates daily trades in commodities such as orange juice and foreign currencies, in 1994.

Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and current SEC Chairman Christopher Cox have endorsed combining the SEC and CFTC. Schapiro’s experience at both agencies may help her lead a merger if Congress approves the idea.

Mary Schapiro to head SEC. Now if she will hire some people from Blackwater to head up enforcement...

The Blackwater people are leaving Iraq, they need jobs, and they lots of experience with interrogation.

Appointed by Reagan, the Good Bush, and Clinton.
Worked on both SEC and Commodities.
Should have an easy confirmation.

Looks very qualified, and not beholden to friends at an I-bank, like Paulson is.

I have to say that Obama's choices are so much better that W's, it is shocking.
