The poor little birdies were at our frozen fountain today pecking away at the ice. I wanted to boil water on the gas stove and thaw it out, but then the phone would ring, or hubby would come breezing in with this or that demand. I went to print some business stuff out but was out of paper, so we flew down to the store and bought some more. After we dropped a water sample at the spa place........went in last night and got itchy when I came out, so I know something is wrong. And sure enough, discovered today I've been adding the wrong spa treatment.........something I've dealt with before and should have thrown out long ago, but didn't, so I used it mistakenly. Any way.......now we have to drain the whole darned thing.........700 gallons worth.........and replace the water and adjust the chemicals and buy a $29.00 filter. Yikes...........I sure did ramble there. Anyway..............I haven't seen the hummer all day. PS not a bad grub there.
