Well, PNH, your post illustrates some of what I've been thinking lately. Perhaps this is why I enjoyed his show 12 years ago more than I do now. As Math Junkie said, the model has been hit or miss lately (or something to that effect).

If you dismiss his market timing advice, then his advice is pretty good, but then again, perhaps that's like telling Mrs. Lincoln, "so other than that, the play was okay."

But like I said, the man did get me really thinking about investing and got me started, which is still a good thing.

You have a very good grasp of Brinker's track record. It isn't often that I read comments about him that are as accurate as yours.

I also admire your ability to put it all so succinctly.
