Both Dow and Nasdq have bounced off bottom -- as has IOM. 28 1/2. With earnings now at 0.73, the new P/E of about 39 seems a little low.

Hang Seng is down 25% in past couple of months. Big boys have to sell winners in America in order to cover their big losses over there. Its a small world after all.
