That's just silly. Of course, we can and do test climate models all the time. You may not realize this but one of the biggest drivers, besides the military, for those super computers that IBM and other computer companies build is for climate modeling.

Climate science is a real science and the models have been getting better all my life. I find it amazing the degree of accuracy local forecasts have. Of course, it is all based on probabilities. So folks who don't understand statistics will say, "they said it was going to rain today and it didn't; those weathermen are idiots." Well, what the weathermen actually said was that there was a 70% chance of rain today. If it didn't, then it means the 30% chance won out. But based on their data you can expect to see rain 7 out of 10 times over the long run on days with those variable inputs.

Anyway, I'm not going to go any further in explaining science or statistics to you. I'm sure you know all this and are being willfully obtuse. If you don't believe in science, what can I tell you other than our daily lives are in large part governed by science. Without science, we'd still be living in caves. Today the very best science, not that practiced by hacks like Imhoffe, tells us that global warming is real and that humans are having a significant impact on it. Their recommendation is that we do something about it. Based on the science I'm inclined to agree.
