Vegas is totally shut down at this stage. Cut off from the world according to a guy blogging from there. And then he made the best statement on global warming I've yet seen. It's not science, it's opinion. My inclination is to believe that global warming is a myth. The only reason I don't investigate it further and draw a more definitive conclusion is because I could not care less whether it exists or does not exist. The rock called "earth" has a finite lifespan and cannot be "saved". The planet will be frozen, plunged into eternal darkness, and flung off into space. There is nothing that scientists or anyone else can do to prevent it ... so you might as well use the f-ing thing up. Anything less would be a waste. Imagine the sun burning out with us still having 5 trillion barrels of fossil fuel still in the ground. That would be like ordering a meal at Craftsteak and throwing it on the floor when it arrived. Don't waste resources. Kill a tree and eat it today. :) User avatar VegasRex
