Knighty, but they didn't meet the letter of the law. these pathological lying, sociopaths have no respect for law.

legality doesn't matter in the short term and these cronies are desperate.

they have no intention of making it easier down the road or actually fixing the problems. they just want to line the pockets of themselves and those that put them and keep them in power.

a tax revolt is coming.
