Problem is SEC,FED , OTCC and other goervernments not reactiing or being held on a tight leash by the government, because of "Ownership society". Not the rules are the problem but the enforcement! Their have been standards for mortgages but they have been ignored by orginators, mortagors, banks and regulators!
