You make some good points. Now that the appeal has been unsuccessful, it may be interesting to see if the feds and SEC put pressure on him to "roll" on some of the others who may have been involved perhaps in trading along with him, including associates of the paid website and those who went from message board to board in support of his "Enterprise," in attempts to intimidate other posters. as far as i'm concerned he is where he belongs but some of his cohorts aren't.
