Maybe the idea, but certainly not the execution. Liberals never would have guaranteed the pharma companies FULL RETAIL for every single prescription. Medicare could save billions just by shopping WalMart, but they can't!

The pharma companies were the recipients of the benefit, not the taxpayers.

And that's where it ends...event here, he made sure he took care of business at the expense of tax payers.

His foreign policy has been somewhat conservative, but not a bit more than FDR's.
