An 8-K is filed to reflect "material changes" in a reporting company. I don't know where you went to school, but if you are nice maybe they will let you come back.

Riley,

Did you even graduate from high school? I guess they did
throw in item 3.6 in the 8-k to cover any "undisclosed liabilities".

If the 8-k was audited by an accounting firm they definately would
have included a statement regarding the validity of the 14mil asset.

As a retired policeman/detective/psychic I do not view you as an accounting expert. Now if you told me something about Haleys comet i might listen:)
