Hope it works for you. The effect of Vitamin D on the body is a very unknown subject. When tests are done, they probably will be done at two low a dosage and blood level to show results.

Based on my experience, I feel a MINIMUM dosage should be 6000IU of D-3 a day in softgel form. And a MINIMUM blood level of 80. It can't possibly hurt you at this dosage and blood level, and the results are popping up all over. It doesn't work for everybody every time, but it DOES WORK!
