You know Emeril's chicken stock has less sodium then most of the other brands low sodium. When I run out of my own that is what I use.

I'm really puzzled by my buying the store brand soup. Kroger has low sodium store brand soups, but I did my shopping yesterday at WalMart Super Store and their store brands are NOT low sodium. I always buy low sodium and just wasn't thinking. Prolly still have a brain cloud from this hideous cold.

I checked that can of mushroom soup I used in the casserole. Sodium equals 900 mg! Shocking.
