But the immediate need is for the stimulation of the economy. And measures to stimulate the economy will be contained in the federal budget to be tabled in just one month's time.

I don't think existing mines need any stimulation, but mining start-ups do. Surely it's a slam dunk that the budget will contain some "enabler". It's a great time to be mining speculator !
