Is that a tongue click? Or is she producing it in some other way?I can sort of do it, but not if I am trying to do consonants at the same time. Can see how if you were raised doing it, it would be possible.

Ok, I was trying to look up throat singing- coudn't remember the technical word for it, so was just googling around, and found this. Unusual falsetto!
