The immediate problem is what to do with prisoners who likely can't be convicted in civilian courts—particularly because evidence may have been obtained by torture—but are considered by Pentagon officials too dangerous to release.

This is an absolute lie.

The reason they can't be convicted in courts is because it would be necessary to disclose sources & methods used by the CIA which you cannot do.

It has nothing to do with torture; none of these persons has been tortured. Hell, those guys have had it better than they ever have in their lives at GTNMO.
