Their grammar is horrible, the language filth and their enunciation is a mumbled incomprehensible noise. Don't schools teach kids how to speak? Obviously not. This is a real sore spot with me. I've gotten to the point I avoid gatherings of teens, just for these reasons.

I don't mean to complain.......but it breaks my heart and actually makes me angry when I hear a young person say "it's not slippery no more" That's along the lines of one of my pet linquistic peeves: "We don't got no [fill in the blank]." OTOH, there always been people who were not taught to speak proper English. There do seem to be more of them these days though.
