"Bay Area home values hit 8-year low in November"

It's a great headline. I hope it strikes fear in the sellers in the high-end areas. It does look like they have found religion. Houses that were put up for sale recently (slightly before the T-giving break) severely undercut the stalefish who have been dropping their prices for months now. The price war is on in the high-end.

The low-end is completely dominating sales right now.
