I have no problem at all with gays doing what they do. But if the vast majority of people in the military don't want gay leadership, I think you have to respect that. So then, if the vast majority of the people in the military also don't want a black man to lead them or a woman, you think they have to respect their wishes?

Don't you realize that gay soldiers fight harder than anybody for their brothers in arms/lovers? We should have an ALL GAY military.. Your son may come back gay. The military is a lot gay-er than you'd believe! A manly, military life is VERY attractive to a lot of gay men, and men who don't yet realize they're gay, but discover themselves in the military.
