But if the vast majority of people in the military don't want gay leadership, I think you have to respect that.


So then, if the vast majority of the people in the military also don't want a black man to lead them or a woman, you think they have to respect their wishes?

What if Alexander the Great's army didn't want gay leadership? What THEN, Dave? Don't you realize that gay soldiers fight harder than anybody for their brothers in arms/lovers? We should have an ALL GAY military..

Your son may come back gay. The military is a lot gay-er than you'd believe! A manly, military life is VERY attractive to a lot of gay men, and men who don't yet realize they're gay, but discover themselves in the military.
