It's an opinion from a qualified objective panel of experts that Bush Administration was not in treaty compliance in their rendering and torture policies. It backs up my previous post that Bush trode over UN CAT. Now I know a Bushist like you wouldn't care about following treaties, but my point is made. A civilized nation would follow a treaty they signed... By definition, the US is a rogue nation in not following the treaty. This is just one out of many treaties the Bush Administration has violated.
