Your argument is specious at best. The treaty doesn't exempt any citizens of any nation from it's protection because of membership to any organization. If your argument stood, then you could apply the same thing to "homies" in east LA gangs, or members of the NRA, or Teamster members, or Members of the Bar Ass'n, etc., etc.. You're full of it as usual.
