Interesting that the same people who say OPEC and Russia will never cut production enough to rally prices sharply are the same ones gloating about the severe impact of low oil prices on these nations. Do they really think these people are too stupid to work together to defend their fundamental interests? Especially considering that many in the West also feel that oil prices are much too low.
