Hi Bob--I am looking for investment quality stocks that I can take a position in at prices low enough that offer the potential for a substantial return if the market resumes its uptrend but which at the same time I'd be willing to hold longer term if the market continues its slide.

Not familiar with PMCS and not sure it would be a stock that fits the criteria that I mentioned.
