Not gonna take long for this one to make it to the E.D. Michigan District Court, ya think?

Kinda reminds me of the bozos who passed the most recent gun legislation in the District of Columbia and just outright dismissed any question of constitutionality.

We all have an obligation to fight off these attempts by government, whether federal, state or local, to impinge on our constitutional rights. If we don't, we might wake up some day and find out they don't exist any more.
