BI, we too had an accountant working for us that did all of the day to day book work, but with the advent of the Internet, there are some great accounting programs out there that do most of the work for you.

Thanks to Quickbooks, the only thing we don't do is our yearly tax return. At tax time we send the file to our CPA via email.
