Yes but turn the car around and go from Billings to Denver and it absolutely boring!

Didn't mean to put down Billings. It's a very nice town, I enjoyed visiting there. The ride between Billings and the north east entrance to Yellowstone is spectacular.

Compared to other cities and towns in Montana, Billing's isn't much, IMO. The spectacular part starts when you get into Sweetgrass County (Big Timber). The Crazy Woman Mountains, northwest of Big Timber are spectacular, even if viewed from I-90.

As an aside, White Sulphur Springs, north of Livingston, had the coldest temperature in the US the other day: -29° F.
