At least I will take time to learn the instructions and follow each step faithfully

That's works well most of the time...........just take your time and think the problem through before you jump in and make it worse.

My husband can't pound a nail into the wall so I end up doing the small fix it deeds. He once hired a buddy to fix a plumbing problem that I ended up fixing in the end.

It's hard to find good handyman. Once you know a bit about fixing things you realize many don't know any more then you do.

"I will learn to fix it myself. At least I will take time to learn the instructions and follow each step faithfully."

That's what I do, mostly. No one will care like yourself. I've had great luck with Angie's list, most recently getting my furnace repaired, but also with auto mechanics.
