#2 I suggest you write him yourself and see what he says. Just remember he is in the business of making money. His idea is he could follow the top newsletters, monitor what they say, process the data and build his own timing model from the data. To conclude all timing models are worthless would not be in his own self interest.

Also remember that Hulbert is not in the business of saving the World from scams or he might be called "Consumer Reports."
