"severing dealer franchise contracts" I agree, that could be a sticky whicket. But, dealerships are folding left and right currently and I don't see that changing significantly before some time in 2010. We got a LOT of Depression left to go and I think that will alleviate that problem to a great extent over the next 18 months. It's going to be very difficult for many Cities and even Regions, but there are WAY too many dealerships out there and they can't all expect to be viable.
