Obama's been saying he'd do that all through the campaign. It's no surprise. I don't agree with it.

About the best all of us that think all of our current foreign adventures are sorry wastes of money is that, unlike Bush, Obama seems to be able to learn and change. He won't stubbornly cling to losing policies for years. He's a pragmatist.
